Delete Your F-1 Compass Account

If you no longer wish to use F-1 Compass, you can permanently delete your account directly from within the app.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the F-1 Compass app.
  2. Sign in to your account.
  3. Go to your Profile.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.

After confirmation, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently deleted:

  • Your account profile
  • Personal information associated with your account
  • Uploaded documents
  • Saved reminders
  • User preferences
  • Other account-related data stored by F-1 Compass

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained only when necessary for:

  • Legal compliance
  • Fraud prevention
  • Security and abuse prevention

Any retained data is securely stored and permanently deleted once the applicable retention period has expired.

Retention Period

Account deletion requests are processed promptly. Any data that must be retained for legal or security reasons is kept only for the minimum period required by applicable laws before being permanently deleted.
